Responsibilities
Scale Maintenance Performer capabilities to drive new customers adoption leading to an X% increase by the end of 2026
Supervise and measure launched products and feed insights back into product development process to drive growth
Inspire and motivate a team of senior engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes, removing obstacles along the way
Work closely with cross-functional teams from engineering, data science, design, marketing, customer success, finance, legal and more
Contribute to building and delivering on a multi year vision, strategy, and product roadmap
Understand and influence the roadmaps of other product teams and our broader product strategy
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal partners to APM executives, employees to customers
Make tradeoff decisions based on technical and business insights and experimentation
Understand the technical complexities of platform development and enable faster GTM through building with platform components
Qualification
Required
You have a track record of shipping great experiences that lead to discovery and high adoption in a role similar to this one
You possess a practical understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, enabling you to design experiences that leverage agentic AI
You are customer-obsessed and want to spend a ton of time with customers and developers so that you can reduce friction and increase availability across the AppFolio ecosystem
You know when to rely on intuition and when to rely on data
You truly care about the business results of what you build, not just the elegance of the technology
You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
You're technical enough that the engineers you work with regularly forget you're a PM
You thrive in a cross-functionally collaborative environment. You will work closely with functions like sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and finance
You are intellectually curious and fascinated by innovative businesses, how they grow, and the technology they need to accelerate that growth
You have a deep commitment to craft & product excellence
