They are seeking a full-time Service Technician/Building Maintenance person to maintain various buildings and oversee HVAC service, requiring troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.

Responsibilities
Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
Establish and maintain a cleanliness standard throughout all assigned locations/buildings
Establish communication with building/maintenance manager to ensure all locations are cleaned properly
Clean and maintain the following areas within assigned buildings: Restrooms, break rooms, kitchen areas, floors (including stairs and hallways), windows, office areas, foyers, boardrooms
Cleaning duties include (but are not limited to): Trash, cleaning, sanitizing, polishing, vacuuming, mapping, sweeping
Ability to work the hours of 4 PM - 1230 AM Monday through Friday (total 40 hours per week)
Ensure needed supplies and materials are communicated to the building/maintenance manager for needed availability
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) from an accredited educational institution OR one to three months of related experience and/or training
Proficient in Microsoft Office for email communication purposes
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills
Demonstrated customer service and teamwork skills
Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Ability to work the hours of 4 PM - 1230 AM Monday through Friday (total 40 hours per week)
Preferred
Two years of relevant cleaning/maintenance experience
