Post Bar Law Clerk (CA Bar 2026)

Responsibilities
Negotiate with lien claimants
Navigate a case management system
Write reports for clients
Summarize recent case law and updates
Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys
Qualification
Required
A law degree from an accredited law school
Excellent writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox or other shared cloud storage
Ability to interact effectively with the public, clients, and employees; maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact; work independently in the absence of specific instruction
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, and pride in work product are essential
Candidates must be residing in California
Eligible candidates will be scheduled to sit for the Bar exam in February or July 2026
Preferred
