Responsibilities
Work on process improvement projects that will provide exposure to the engineering tools and concepts that help with the production of quality work
Hands-on learning about how to conduct root cause analyses, non-conformance investigations and corrective action implementations
Develop IE skills with regards to not only time observation, standard work creation, continuous improvement identification, but also waste elimination (lean manufacturing)

Engineering student

Strong floor presence, willing to work side-by-side with production to achieve overall improvements
