Responsibilities

Safely operate all production equipment according to established procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain production schedules
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors
Operate forklifts (5K capacity) and other material handling equipment safely
Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
Follow all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and operational procedures at all times
Participate in required safety training and maintain all necessary certifications
Report safety hazards, near-misses, and incidents promptly to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping standards
Perform basic preventive maintenance on production equipment
Complete accurate data entry and production logs using computer systems
Assist with inventory tracking, material handling, and raw material staging
Support quality control checks and documentation as required

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or oil and gas operations
Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and production tracking systems
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and meet physical demands of the role
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed

Preferred

Experience with chemical handling, mixing, or blending operations
Familiarity with oilfield service operations or related industrial environments
Prior experience with quality control processes or ISO-certified environments
Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment issues
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
