The Warehouse Counter Salesperson is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and assisting with warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient service for customers.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner at the counter or over the phone
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs, specifications, and inventory availability
Provide accurate product information, including pricing, availability, and features
Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges using the company’s point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain organized and stocked product displays and counter area
Pull, pack, and stage orders for customer pickup or delivery as needed
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Handle forms of payment according to company policy
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, inventory, and promotions
Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as assigned
Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
You have great communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jack, forklift—if certified)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time in a warehouse setting
Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures
Preferred
Previous counter sales or customer service experience
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
