Segway Powersports is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Southwest district (CA, NV). This role is responsible for executing regional sales strategies, managing dealer relationships, and driving market expansion while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed district sales revenue targets

Monitor dealer sales performance and develop improvement plans as needed

Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, responding to all inquiries by email or phone within the same business day

Provide guidance on product offerings, pricing, and promotional programs

Conduct a minimum of 24 in-person dealer visits per month to strengthen relationships and provide support

Gather dealer and market feedback to inform company strategies

Identify and secure 2–4 new dealer partnerships per month within the assigned territory

Evaluate and approve dealer applications to ensure alignment with company standards and strategic fit

Analyze trends, opportunities, and challenges within the assigned district and report actionable insights to senior management

Submit timely and accurate monthly sales and activity reports

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and dealer support programs

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant dealer/distributor network environments experience, preferably in consumer electronics, powersports, eMobility, or similar industries

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and expanding market territory

Strong relationship management and communication skills

Ability to analyze market data and sales performance to drive strategy

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and responsiveness

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the district (minimum of 24 field visits/month)
