Responsibilities
Analyze fit and accurately communicate corrections with the factories
Review lasts, patterns construction and overall quality
Assist with resolution on fitting problems during product development
Perform risk assessment for new construction
Evaluate Blueprint and Mock-Up mold from initial drawing to confirmation
Assist the footwear technical team to maintain internal Last Library
Experience with last, outsole mold and pattern standards in the footwear industry
Some experience in 3D software and 3D printer is a plus
Illustrator and Photoshop technical rendering experience
Must be able to travel overseas manufacturing facilities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a Footwear technical role
