Screen Print Operator - 2nd Shift

BSN SPORTS, a leader in team athletic gear, is seeking a Screen Print Operator for their 2nd shift. This role involves assisting in the production of screen-printed materials, including quality checks and operating machinery related to the screen-printing process.

Responsibilities

Reviews work order, observes specifications and any special notes, and prepares work area to start to print multi-color work

Direct physical activity is required to maintain their productivity while meeting the highest quality specifications

Quality check decorated garments based on customer specifications

Assist the press operator by loading material on press, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre-counting material before decoration based on the paperwork

Operation of machinery used to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens used in the screen-printing process

Move material into staging locations throughout the facility using a pallet jack and RF scanner

Ensures that their area and equipment is kept clean, wiped down with press wash at least once per week

Utilize all personal protective equipment as required for personal safety and the safety of their peers

High school diploma or General education degree (GED)

Ability to speak and read English instructions

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be able to follow orders and proper machine operating

Learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance

Candidates are required to differentiate and coordinate colors

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time

Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis

The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis
