Property Management Administrative Assistant
Rausch Companies is seeking a Property Management Administrative Assistant. The role involves managing incoming traffic, onboarding new acquisitions, and providing utility management while supporting the property management team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Customary administrative duties such as assisting with incoming calls, mail distribution, and distributing reports
Assist in onboarding and prelisting of new acquisitions
Assist with marketing vacancies
Partner with the property management team to ensure smooth move in and move outs of tenants
Utility management
Follow all terms of Fair Housing, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the American with Disabilities Act, and any other pertinent laws
Assist ARG team members as needed
Update job and market knowledge on an ongoing basis
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience, ideally in property management
Proficient with technology utilizing Microsoft office suite
Must be a team player, reliable, and organized
Must be professional, energetic, and positive
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks; capable of prioritizing and meeting timelines
