They are seeking a Technical Support Intern to assist with IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, onboarding and offboarding activities, and maintaining IT asset inventories.

Responsibilities

Assist in resolving help desk tickets related to basic hardware (Windows, MacOS) and common software tools (Office365, JIRA, Adobe, etc.)

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including helping with hardware/software setup and user provisioning

Help maintain IT asset inventories across laptops, peripherals, and software

Assist in creating purchase order (PO) requests for hardware or software needs

Help troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, conference room tech, Wi-Fi, and related devices

Provide support with VPN access, login issues, password resets, email setup, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint navigation

Create simple job aids or user guides to help employees use internal applications

Take on additional tasks as assigned by the IT team to support learning and growth

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field

Interest in developing hands-on experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, and IT operations

Clear communication skills with the ability to assist users at varying technical levels

Strong attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems

Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL
