Responsibilities
Answer around 20- 30 calls/website chats per day
Customer service: greeting guests, answering general and product inquiries, providing pricing information, and taking phone orders
General data entry – including AP/AR
Stock, maintain & order office supplies
Scanning/copying/filing
Distribute mail
Light cleaning
Coordinate workload with other admin and office manager
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Ability to make fun out of challenging work
Solid skills in most aspects of Admin and customer service
Strong attention to detail, verbal and written skills
Desire to invest yourself with a good team of people
Enthusiastic and driven
Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
Strong computer skills and ability to learn company software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum two years of AR or AP
Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to switch task quickly and routinely
High School Diploma/GED
Reliable transportation
Ability to work alone and with a team
Problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. and go up/down stairs
Ability to commute to Osceola, WI 54020
Preferred
One year of marketing/sales administration experience
Marketing content experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
