Responsibilities

Own the Data & Analytics practice strategy, offerings, accelerators, and delivery methodologies across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC

Lead the design of enterprise data models, semantic layers, and end-to-end analytics solutions across hybrid and cloud landscapes

Serve as a strategic advisor to CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders on analytics modernization, governance, data quality, and cloud migration

Provide technical guidance, design reviews, and quality assurance across major analytics programs and modernization efforts

Support Sales with solution scoping, level-of-effort estimates, demos, POVs, workshops, and roadmap presentations

Guide clients through BW/BPC to Datasphere/SAC migrations, modernization of planning solutions, and simplification of legacy data landscapes

Stay ahead of SAP’s rapidly evolving BDC and Analytics roadmap (AI Assistant, SAC Planning advances, Datasphere Graph, AI Core) and embed new capabilities into practice strategy

Develop internal skill paths, mentor consultants, and help scale a high-performing team across data engineering, modeling, and analytics

Represent Mindset via blogs, webinars, BDC/Analytics communities, conferences, and customer events

Ability to travel as needed up to 25%

Required

Experience: 8+ years of SAP Analytics or Data experience, including 3+ years working hands-on with SAP Datasphere and/or SAP Analytics Cloud

Core Expertise: SAP Datasphere (data modeling, federated/harmonized layers, data flows, replication, semantic modeling), SAP Analytics Cloud (story design, planning models, predictive features), SAP BW/BW/4HANA and BPC, including migrations to cloud-based architectures

Architecture Skills: Strong knowledge of enterprise data modeling (Star/Snowflake), semantic layers, data governance, hybrid cloud designs, and cross-system integration

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HANA modeling, SQLScript, data pipelines, performance optimization, and analytics lifecycle management

Consulting Competencies: Ability to translate technical architectures into business outcomes and speak effectively with executive stakeholders

Leadership: Track record of leading delivery teams, managing client relationships, and shaping practice-level capabilities

Preferred

SAP certifications in Datasphere, SAC, or BDC

Experience with AI/ML integration, predictive modeling, or advanced SAC Planning

Exposure to SAP BTP services such as Data Intelligence, CAP, or Integration Suite

Experience delivering large-scale data transformation programs in regulated or complex enterprise environments
