Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategies to grow commercial sales across the organization
Oversee the operational and financial performance of large accounts
Cultivate and expand client relationships to unlock new business opportunities
Align financial planning with company values and long-term goals
Identify and act on opportunities for expansion and innovation
Negotiate with clients, customers, and suppliers to maximize ROI
Collaborate with the Wholesale Team Leader to track and report on sales initiatives
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and prospects
Maintain accurate records of budgets, expenses, and revenue
Proactively manage risks and develop mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in commercial sales/key-account management
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in project and change management
Ability to lead through growth and transformation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
6+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in uniform apparel
