Responsibilities
Oversee global marketing campaigns for user acquisition, user engagement, search, branding, and lead generation
Create global communication strategies and content across all mediums – both online and offline – in a fully professional, scripted, and timely manner
Analyze campaign efficiency and proactively implement ideas and solutions for enhancement
Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners to plan and implement marketing and communication campaigns
Support local teams, understand each market’s different needs, and give advice on marketing aspects to achieve overall marketing and user acquisition objectives
Partner with internal team members to build various learning and educational content including, but not limited to, articles, mailers, newsletters, videos, presentations, social media, etc
Evaluate past projects, plans, and content for improvement and customization for target segments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
8-15 years of experience in tech, education or financial product marketing, communication or relevant field
Experience in a regional role, with the ability to lead digital and offline tactics to target ideal user profiles and drive conversions with relevant account segments
Global experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work simultaneously on projects, and independently
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Passion for the intersection of finance, education and technology
B2C experience required
