Responsibilities
Be involved with the design, integration, and verification of vehicle electrical systems for commercial mowing and golf/turf vehicles
Design/assemble mule vehicle electrical systems, perform vehicle diagnostics, and support verification testing
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering or other related area
Have an electrical aptitude with basic knowledge of circuit analysis and experience with test and measurement equipment
Have outstanding communication, organization, and time management skills
Have completed courses related to electronic hardware and firmware, electrical systems, and power electronics
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
Graduation date of May 2027 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Available to work 12-20 hours/weekly during the academic year
Available to work up to 40 hours/weekly during the summer semester
Must be able to work on site during scheduled workdays
Preferred
Working knowledge of design automation and CAD software
Familiarity with serial communication (CAN, USB, SPE)
Awareness of advanced technologies such as telematics, battery electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, and autonomy
Good soft skills like taking initiative, networking, and a positive attitude
