Responsibilities
Design mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that meet customer and project requirements
Develop cost-effective designs, detailed drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks PDM and IFS ERP
Test and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to support production and field operations
Provide technical support to shop floor teams, suppliers, and customers
Develop and maintain standard work, SOPs, and process documentation to improve consistency and safety
Support quality control and continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability and reduce costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design-to-build transitions
Assist in equipment selection, tooling setup, and cost-optimization initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
5+ years of experience in design/manufacturing engineering with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Proficient in SolidWorks, with experience in PDM and ERP systems
Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics, pneumatic circuits, and electrical wiring
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and standard work principles
Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Occasional domestic or international travel may be required
Must maintain a valid Driver's License and Passport and abide by our Corporate Fleet Policy
Ability to complete all pre-employment testing required by Holland, L.P
Preferred
Experience in IFS ERP systems
Knowledge of FMEA, Lean practices, Six Sigma and Value Engineering
