Responsibilities

Building, securing, accrediting, and operating the IT backbone of classified spaces
Installing and maintaining CWAN, DISN, SIPR, and/or JWICS networks
Deploying classified-compliant workstations and peripherals
Supporting all end-user systems in coordination with the ISSM and Facility Security Officer
Enabling Quindar’s classified mission execution

Required

5+ years supporting corporate or enterprise IT environments
Strong experience with endpoint management (macOS, Windows, Linux)
Hands-on experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, RBAC)
Experience administering internal networks, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and office infrastructure
Strong understanding of security best practices for corporate IT environments
Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal process overhead
Comfortable owning systems end-to-end with high reliability expectations

Preferred

Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji)
Familiarity with cloud-based IT tooling (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, etc.)
Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams
Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP-adjacent workflows)
Scripting or automation experience to streamline IT operations
Ability to obtain or currently hold a U.S. Government SECRET clearance
Experience supporting or setting up IT systems in classified or controlled-access environments
