Responsibilities
Reporting and Modeling – Design, build, and maintain sophisticated financial models that integrate multiple data sources to drive informed business decisions including product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness
Strategic Analysis – Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets and interpreting key business drivers, profitability levers, and market dynamics. Translate findings into clear recommendations that support long-term growth and competitive advantage
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Cultivate strong partnerships with the Merchandising team, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters. Provide clear, data-backed guidance while leveraging institutional knowledge to enhance decision-making and foster alignment across teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience with business analysis, financial analysis and/or financial planning
Understanding of financial and accounting concepts and procedures within a retail or manufacturing environment
Experience with forecasting and modeling
Advanced knowledge of enterprise tools such as Microstrategy and SAP
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, including skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure with minimal guidance, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor, and work well independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage competing priorities
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Strong intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and data accuracy to develop explanations for a non-financial audience
Ability to consolidate multiple sources of information/analyses into a cohesive story to provide valuable recommendations
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Business/financial analysis experience with product marketing, sales operations, pricing, inventory management, or related role
Experience and knowledge working with SQL and Tableau
