Responsibilities
Pioneering the servicing of Amex Savings and Reward Checking Accounts that will lead the way in evolving American Express servicing strategy
Provide extraordinary customer care via phone to Banking customers
Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests
Supporting Customers with Banking transactions and funds inquiries
Respond and resolve customer inquiries around rewards and redemption
Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices
Qualification
Required
Banking Experience
Minimum 2 Years of + Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty
Exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
Technical proficiency to manage chats and multiple applications at the same time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
