Responsibilities
Practice Ownership: Define and evolve Mindset’s SAP BTP Integration Suite offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices
Solution Architecture: Lead design of end-to-end integration architectures using SAP Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, Integration Advisor, and custom extensions
Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leaders and enterprise architects on integration strategy, middleware modernization, API governance, and event-driven design
Delivery Excellence: Oversee delivery quality across key integration engagements, offering technical oversight, hands-on design reviews, and escalation support
Pre-Sales Leadership: Collaborate with Sales on opportunity shaping, scoping, estimations, and client presentations; deliver impactful demos, POVs, and roadmaps
Innovation: Stay current on SAP BTP advancements (AI Core, Developer Extensibility, Integration Automation) and embed emerging capabilities into practice strategy
Modernization: Guide clients through CPI-to-CPI Cloud migrations, PI/PO retirement, and broader integration platform transformations
Mentorship: Develop and coach consultants, build internal enablement paths, and support hiring and team growth
Thought Leadership: Represent Mindset through blogs, webinars, conference sessions, and community engagement
Travel: Ability to travel as needed up to 25%
Qualification
Required
8+ years of SAP integration experience, including 3+ years architecting solutions on SAP BTP Integration Suite
Core Integration Suite Expertise: SAP Cloud Integration (iFlows, adapters, mapping, routing), API Management (policies, security, governance), Event Mesh / event-driven architecture, Integration Advisor, Trading Partner Management, EDI/ANSI/X12/EDIFACT
Demonstrated experience migrating from SAP PI/PO or legacy middleware to BTP Integration Suite
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API-first design, security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT, SAML), and hybrid cloud landscapes
Hands-on experience with Groovy scripts, XSLT, JSON/XML transformations, and cloud integration tooling
Ability to translate complex integration architectures into clear business value; exceptional communication and executive-facing presentation skills
Proven experience leading delivery teams, owning practice capabilities, or mentoring consultants
Preferred
SAP Integration certifications (CPI, API Management, or BTP)
Experience with SAP Build, CAP, or broader BTP services
Experience integrating AI/ML services or event-driven automation with BTP
Familiarity with hyperscaler integration patterns (Azure, GCP, AWS)
