Improvix Technologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the ongoing development and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform, primarily focused on ITSM. The role involves delivering high-quality configurations, customizations, and integrations while collaborating with the ServiceNow Architect and business analysts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow configurations and custom applications
Collaborate with the architect and business analysts to clarify requirements
Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to best practice documentation
Maintain and refine update sets, release processes, and technical documentation
Support ongoing improvements and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM modules

Qualification

Required

5–7 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification — ITSM preferred
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
Deep understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, including application scoping, data segregation, and performance optimization
Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (server-side and client-side JavaScript, Glide APIs, etc.)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams

Preferred

Prior experience in federal or defense contracting environments
Familiarity with release coordination, version control, and agile delivery methods
