Responsibilities
Follow process systems logic for the most effective troubleshooting
Re-calibrate and/or correct instrumentation errors in the field
Performs repairs/rebuilds of production equipment in accordance with industry standards
Inspect equipment/components and systems using diagnostic tools and training
Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems/equipment
Executes repairs to manufacturer specifications
Build & maintain customer relationships at the plant level
Qualification
Preferred
Two or more years experience in a related field, preferably with OEM equipment in the Food, Beverage &/or Pharmaceutical industries
Prior experience with equipment instrumentation including set-up & maintenance
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Some mechanical aptitude, particularly with equipment, pumps & valves
Ability to build & maintain long-standing professional relationships, providing excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, even in a high pressure environment
Must be willing and able to travel up to 75%
