Responsibilities

Oversee and support day to day production activities including scheduling work and assigning special projects within the organization

Effectively interpret policies and procedures to lead and mentor a team of Fund transfer specialist, Facilitate training programs to align with organizational policies

Assist with complex issues/requests, Document and maintain department policies and procedures

Develop and maintain training material for new and existing team members to enhance funds transfer processes

Support the department supervisor, acting as a backup resource, while also taking responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of reports for management

Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
