Senior Project Manager-Micro Piles/Cased Drilling

The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for high-impact projects and programs, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project portfolios to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and performance goals
Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, manage project portfolios, and support long-range business objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project delivery
Foster effective communication across internal departments, clients, and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment
Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver clear executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes
Drive process improvement and change initiatives, standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices that elevate project management performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary, or strategic projects
3+ years of experience working with deep foundations, micro piles and/or cased drilling
PMP certification required
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Proficient in modern project management tools and methodologies
Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%

Preferred

Master's degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, or related field
PgMP certification
