Responsibilities

Support key PeopleX initiatives including business support and program delivery

Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities

Partner with COEs in PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems

Contribute to a strong and inclusive employee experience by helping deliver meaningful internal programs

Required

You're currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field

You have strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in team collaboration
