Responsibilities

Perform protein purification procedures from bacterial or mammalian cells
Conduct analytic assays to quantify protein concentration, protein quality, and protein size
Perform gel electrophoresis to analyze protein purity
Maintain detailed and organized records of experimental procedures and results in a laboratory notebook; participate in weekly lab meetings and project meetings

Required

Completing 1st-4th year university. Major in Physical or Biological Sciences
Laboratory experience: completion of 2 lab courses (any subject)
General understanding of basic Molecular Biology laboratory safety
All applicants must be actively enrolled in an accredited academic program for Fall 2026

Preferred

Comfortable with standard Molecular Biology lab equipment (centrifuges, pipettes, etc.)
