Collaborate with passionate colleagues to plan, supervise, and execute holistic approaches to complex corporate income tax issues
Build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to diverse and interesting clients
Generate new business and referrals in the regional business community
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
CPA or EA license
At least 8 years of experience working with technology companies (start-ups and mature entities with multi state and multinational operations)
Federal income experience in income tax provisions
Federal income experience in stock options
Federal income experience in start-up costs
Federal income experience in research & development credits
Federal income experience in equity funding
People skills
Preferred
Experience working with technology companies
