Technology Operations Coordinator
CFS is a respected, mission-driven organization making a real impact in the community. They are seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to take full ownership of IT operations, modernize systems, and ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary IT resource for the organization—manage hardware, software, networking, and security
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems critical for safety and compliance
Implement and manage a ticketing/support system to streamline IT requests
Administer Microsoft O365 and PC-based infrastructure (no Macs)
Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with organizational goals
Respond to occasional after-hours issues to ensure continuity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an IT Coordinator, Systems Administrator, or similar hands-on role
Strong technical skills across networking, systems administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting
Expertise in CCTV/security systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Mission-driven mindset and cultural alignment with a nonprofit environment
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit or community-focused organizations
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT process improvement
Ability to mentor and build strong vendor relationships
