Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue growth and activation across independent agencies and key vertical brands
Own revenue and activation results, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and sales excellence
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and other cross-functional stakeholders — including vertical identification, product ideation, and commercialization planning
Drive vertical-specific sales motions, positioning StackAdapt’s differentiated value proposition to enterprise brands and agencies within those sectors
Recruit, develop, and coach top sales talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance; operate as a player-coach by directly engaging with key strategic accounts
Engage with customers and agency partners to uncover market needs, stay ahead of industry trends, and provide real-time feedback to inform strategy and product evolution
Collaborate closely with Client Services leadership to ensure a world-class customer experience and seamless delivery model across emerging verticals
Design, communicate, and execute a clear sales strategy, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals and motivating the team to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or digital strategy, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and exceeding revenue goals within the programmatic ecosystem
Established relationships with senior decision-makers across independent and holding-company agencies, as well as enterprise and vertical-specific brands
Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Deep expertise in programmatic advertising and DSP operations, with the ability to translate complex technology into strategic value for agencies and brands
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, capable of influencing product, marketing, and client services teams to align on go-to-market priorities and accelerate results
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and convey a clear point of view to both internal and external stakeholders
