Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and maintaining large-scale design systems
Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, tokens, and responsive design principles
Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively articulate design decisions
Preferred
Experience applying AI tools to enhance design processes
