Responsibilities

Analyze and tune a LLM to pick the right API and tool calls to perform the task
Working on identifying and building new scaling and performant API's
Work with PM and product teams to deeply understand a customer use case and investigate data and technical stack needed to implement a robust and comprehensive solution
Onboard and collaborate with multiple business unit engineering teams, acting as a liaison and point of contact
Manage projects, create documentation, create presentations, and plan for the future

Required

12+ years of experience writing professional production code, ideally in a very large code base with legacy code
5+ years of experience in web languages, frameworks, and technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, JavaScript, Postgres
2+ years of experience working on production grade ML/GenAI systems
Experience in planning and scoping out unclear projects
Excel in documentation and presentation with crisp and clear communication
A go-getter who approaches work with a get-it-done attitude
Ability to cross-collaborate effectively and a strong sense of ownership

Preferred

Experience in building large-scale AI models and systems using MLOps practices
Experience working in a team to write robust, maintainable, and extendable code in Python
