Determine liability and identify responsible parties

Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies and opposing attorneys

Evaluate settlement offers and advise clients

Negotiate compensation for medical expenses, property damage, lost wages, pain, and suffering

Prepare and draft demand letters

Organize and compile evidence, medical records, accident reports

Calculate damages accurately
