Case Manager - Independent Living OYS
The Villages of Indiana is the largest private non-profit provider of Child and Family services in Indiana, and they are seeking an Independent Living Case Manager for their Older Youth Services program. The Case Manager will support youth in transitioning to independence by providing access to various resources and developing partnerships with community services.

Responsibilities
Supporting youth in building skills necessary to successfully transition to independence by assisting youth in accessing educational, employment/career, financial, mental/emotional, and community resources
Developing rapport while using a strength-based approach with the youth
Partnering with referring agencies, schools, community resources, to serve the needs of the youth
Effectively and promptly responding to youth in crises situations
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or directly related human service field from an accredited four-year college is required
If BSW then LBSW is needed, or candidate needs to be working towards licensure
Effective verbal and written communication is essential
On-call hours are required
Preferred
Youth Services Casework experience working with teens and young adults is strongly preferred
