Samaritan's Purse is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in North Wilkesboro, NC. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Directors of North American Disaster Relief, maintaining knowledge of projects and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities

Manage telephone calls, e-mails, general correspondence and project-related administrative and logistical duties in support of the Directors and other Managers

Create and maintain active working files, e-files and summaries for each project

Prepare reports and copies

Maintain NADR and NADR Operations organizational charts

Support Executive Assistant as needed with Payroll and Human Resources information/tracking issues for regular and domestic field staff

Maintain files tracking field staff (vacation and sick/personal) time off

Provide backup support to Switchboard Operator and other staff

All other duties as assigned

Required

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of office practices, procedures and administrative systems

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management

Knowledge of customer service standards and communication etiquette

Knowledge of scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Skilled in managing multiple priorities and working in fast-paced environments

Fluency in English
