The Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Finance will support the AVP with financial reporting, budget management, and analysis of Gross Margin Operating Expenses, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic partnerships within the supply chain team.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting the Assistant Vice President of CPD Supply Chain with 3 key responsibilities. First, timely reporting during month end and trends of all financials to corporate operations teams and within our systems. Second, management of total CPD internal labor for assembly of displays and special ops. This requires strategic partnership with brand finance and internal assembly to ensure accurate forecast and reporting. Third, management of Gross Margin Operating Expenses including supply chain, customer care, and demand planning teams. Complete various reporting responsibilities for month end close and budget/trends including headcount, inventory and demand planning forecast indicators

Prepare and distribute the consolidate the Supply Chain P&L for month end close and partner with the rest of the supply chain team to complete and distribute for budget/trends

Create and Manage budget/trend calendars for Supply Chain Team

Consolidate all Supply Chain monthly allocations for budget/trends

Manage issuance of sales flash and partner with supply chain team and commercial finance team for final month end issuance

Ownership of budget/trend for various Gross Margin teams including supply chain, customer care, and demand planning. This includes inputs from salary planning

Analyze and provide financial insight to internal labor for assembly for forecast and actualization. This includes partnering with brand finance to understand their strategic initiatives for in store displays and kits and obtain month end/trend variance commentary

Provide monthly analysis of SG&A and Assembly to AVP of Supply Chain Finance and for month end close presentation

Identify Risks and Opportunities to deliver SG&A and Assembly objectives

Perform all responsibilities in line with Financial Norms
