The Associate Recruiter will provide recruitment services for the Operations department, ensuring an excellent hiring experience while filling various positions across the country. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and developing strong relationships with hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

Help to source candidates through various methods such as social media, Indeed, Carvana website

Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone

Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews

Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments

Manage the candidate expectations regarding the background check process, while working with both candidates and colleagues to ensure our candidates are processed for a successful hire

Develop hiring leader relationships and a working understanding of the Operations team(s) business and gaps, and help to create effective hiring strategies

Focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer
