Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in all entries

Handle daily entries, reconciliations, and post transactions, focusing on attention to detail

Process invoices, track collections, and handle outgoing payments, maintaining up-to-date records

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including profit and loss statements, to assist in strategic planning

Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights to guide financial decision-making

Assist with tax filing and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations

Gather and organize documentation to support internal and external audits as needed

Use accounting software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes

Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights that support various projects and initiatives
