Territory Sales Manager – Southwest Region

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will own the Southwest region, leading growth initiatives and building relationships with manufacturer representatives and distribution partners to deliver solutions in the electronics sector.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory growth strategy aligned with Qnity’s business objectives
Lead and motivate manufacturer reps and distribution partners to achieve revenue goals
Build strong relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and engineering teams to drive design wins
Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and ensure profitability across the territory
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to influence product strategy
Represent Qnity at trade shows, conferences, and customer events
Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records and deliver reliable forecasts
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of successful sales experience in electronic components, materials, or related industries
Proven ability to manage manufacturer reps and distribution/channel partners
Strong technical aptitude in electronics and materials (thermal management, interconnects, semiconductors, etc.)
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
Ability to travel extensively within the territory (50–70%)
