Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of projects related to SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module from design to deployment including integration with Amazon Corporate systems

Build deployment project plans and manage risks impacting successful delivery

Develop use cases by gathering business requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions

Participate and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements using SAP S/4

Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training

Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP S/4 HANA ERP functionality, which includes expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, project system, cost center accounting, product cost controlling and profit center accounting

Configure SAP S/4 HANA FICO to meet business requirements, including connection points with PP, MM, PS, & SD and other modules and implementation of SAP best practices

Have an ability to navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups

Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned

Expertise and in-depth knowledge of Make-to-Order & Order-to-Cash processes

Experience with SAP Material Actual Costing and Project Billing systems

Solid organizational skills along with an aptitude for information technology

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, computer science or equivalent

5+ years' experience working as a functional lead with SAP S4 HANA FICO modules (GL, AP, AR & Costing)

5+ years' experience in configuring SAP S/4 HANA FICO to meet business requirements, including integrations with PP, MM, SD, and other modules

8+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, consulting or operations role with proven experience in leading process and systems transformation initiatives
