Maintain cost databases, evaluate market trends, and ensure estimating accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3–5+ years of experience as a mechanical estimator in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
