Responsibilities
Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
Maintain applications according to SLAs
Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications
Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team
Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications
Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry
Must have 4 years of experience in utilizing SAP including SAP ECM, PI, and SolMan
Must have 4 years of experience in project management, including creating work plans for a team, resource management, and tracking issues and risks
Must have 4 years of experience in managing upgrades for Compute, Storage, Network, and Security Infrastructure, utilizing applications middleware including Jboss EAP, and Apache Tomcat
Must have 4 years of experience in leading workshops with developers, architects, and client business owners to drive functional design, conducting technical reviews for SAP PI, PO, and GlobalScape integrations
Must have 4 years of experience in facilitating data migration, federation discussions and integrations with database and data warehouse
Must have 4 years of experience in implementing and managing security governance and compliance for cloud and on-premises platforms, utilizing tools including Cloud Armor, Tenable, Web Application Firewall, and Privilege Access Management
Must have 4 years of experience in monitoring infrastructure and application capacity planning, and publishing monthly and quarterly reports
Must have 4 years of experience in executing continuous improvements to improve application performance, stability, and reduce ongoing performance issues
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs
