Office Manager

The Office Manager will maintain an organized office environment, manage supplies and vendor relationships, and oversee communication channels while supporting various administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functioning office environment
Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and vendor relationships
Oversee mail handling, shipping/receiving, and filing systems (digital and physical)
Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external partners
Manage general communication channels, including phone lines and shared email inboxes
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room usage
Assist with planning and logistics for meetings, company events, and trainings
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining records, and coordinating benefits or payroll
Implement and update office procedures and administrative workflows
Coordinate special projects and track deadlines or reporting requirements

Required

Previous experience in office management or administrative support

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs

Preferred

Experience with HR, finance, or project management tools
Supervisory or team coordination experience
