Technical Account Manager - Network Security Vendor
StealthWatch has partnered with a cutting-edge security vendor renowned for their expertise in network security, cloud security, and application connectivity. They are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to drive long-term customer success by guiding enterprise customers through their post-sales journey and helping them optimize their investment.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise customers
Drive adoption and value realization across the full security and connectivity suite
Partner with customer technical teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve complex issues
Influence product adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to deliver customer outcomes
Deliver business reviews, success plans, and technical recommendations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Technical CSM, TAM, or Post-Sales Engineer
Strong background in network security, cloud infrastructure, or application security
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with enterprise customers in a consultative, high-touch environment
Located in the Central or Eastern time zone is a must
