Responsibilities

Craft and prepare crucial legal documents for attorneys, including objections, proof of claims, and more
Meticulously review bankruptcy petitions, motions for relief from stay, motions to sell real estate, fee notices, payment change notices, transfer of claims, dismissal, and discharge orders
Expertly e-File pleadings and conduct in-depth research in PACER
Maintain regular communication with clients, debtors, and the trustee's office, ensuring all matters are tracked and updated efficiently

Preferred

Paralegal certificate preferred or prior experience in bankruptcy or municipal creditor's rights
