Responsibilities
Welcoming patients to the dental office
Maintaining accurate patient records
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
Check, sort and forward emails
Keep updates records and files
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.)
Ability to work Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm and every other Friday
Will travel to Williamsville location as needed
Help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
A high school diploma
