Sales Analyst/Cost Accountant
Allen Harim Foods is focused on providing analytical research and support for their Sales and Marketing function. The Sales Analyst/Cost Accountant will help increase margins and profitability through effective accounting practices and support new product development.

Responsibilities
Provide analytical research and support for the Sales and Marketing function with the key objective of helping increase yielded margin over processing, profitability and maximize cost efficiencies through sound accounting practices
Develop and Implement Action Plans and Key Performance initiatives to meet annual budget, Operating Plan, Balanced Scorecard, and Agri-stat’s/EMI metrics
New Product Develop accounting support new from initial discussion to completion including estimate costing data, research any applicable market data and Produce P&L Data
Continually Provide accurate and timely cost data on assigned products/processes in support of sales and marketing efforts
Thorough tracking data collection, follow and report on trends in sales performance and processing yields, and efficiencies and other related critical statistics
Interface with the Sales Team and Accounting to coordinate and organize General and Open Deductions back up and track aging to help reduce Open Deduction aging
Fully comprehend the dynamics, source information, and calculations of all major sales reporting, systems and ICFR audit reviews
Coordinate efforts between Sales and IT Departments for new reports and user requests
Work on special assignments, tasks, or projects as mutually agreed to with the Sales & Production Planning Manager and the Director of Sales & Marketing
Be vigilant of the entire sales/production environment to help control costs, increase yields, and gain efficiency for the Company
Work within Allen Harim Management system
Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Four-year college degree in Business or five years' accounting experience in poultry industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of PC and basic computer applications on Microsoft platform
Microsoft Office skills with an expert focus on Excel

Knowledge of SAP applications is a plus
