Responsibilities

Execute and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns for B2B (70%) and B2C (30%) clients
Proven experience in bid management and automation, including setting up and optimizing automated rules
Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI
Maintain platform accuracy and budget pacing within ±5% variance
Achieve consistent improvement across core performance KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR)
Maintain all required platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) within 90 days of hire
Demonstrate clear understanding of campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines
Actively participate in weekly optimization reviews and team training sessions
Deliver consistent, error-free builds and reporting deliverables

Required

Commitment to working out of local office in Alpharetta, GA is required
3-4 years of experience executing paid search or paid social campaigns (agency experience required)
Execute and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns for B2B (70%) and B2C (30%) clients
Proven experience in bid management and automation, including setting up and optimizing automated rules
Strong data and statistical analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex results and turn them into actionable insights
Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional platform (LinkedIn, TikTok, or Bing)
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking best practices
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize toward performance goals
Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to clients
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Proven track record of campaign optimization and measurable performance improvements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and LookerStudio
Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to learn new business models and industries quickly
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management in a fast-paced environment
Certifications or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Willingness to travel on occasion and complete a background check
Strong growth mindset with a desire to build a career
