Technical Program Manager- Partner Launch

Responsibilities
Lead and manage Partner launches from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and readiness
Drive support readiness by creating and delivering training content so Partners can support and sell products before Day 0 of launch
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, planners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, aligning technical feasibility with business goals
Coordinate cross-group virtual teams, track deliverables, and communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels to build strong peer-to-peer relationships
Develop and execute communication plans that provide visibility into new product introductions and release status for stakeholders and vTeams
Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, issues, and progress
Allocate resources effectively to ensure teams have the tools and support needed to meet objectives
Provide technical guidance and leverage expertise in Partner and project management to resolve complex release challenges
Use technical knowledge and AI-driven insights to identify efficiencies and implement solutions that improve processes and outcomes
Apply best practices for testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of Partner models and solutions
Stay current with industry advancements and apply new knowledge to continuously improve project execution and delivery

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management or project management, data analysis, computer science, or product development OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
Proven experience in technical program management, with a focus on Partner and machine learning projects and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, and Copilot + Agents
Excellent project management, problem-solving and analytical skills and knowledge in MSFT Partner space
Understanding of Copilot and AI. Ability to create an Agent(s); a tool designed to automate and execute business processes, either alongside or on behalf of a person, team, or organization
Strong understanding of Partner business including but not limited to Partner, Solutions, Membership, Co-sell, Marketplace, ISV as an example
PMP, Scrum Master, LEAN Six Sigma or other relevant certification
