The role involves assisting the lead sign installer with various installation tasks, including operating a bucket truck and performing light electrical work, while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety on job sites.

Responsibilities
Driving and operating the bucket truck typically within a 45 minute range with occasional 1hr+ range install sites
Custom site set up (includes mounting, bolting, hanging brackets, digging holes, placing posts etc.)
Conducting Site Surveys for both permits and pre-sale for customer quotation
Perform light electrical work associated with sign installation and service
Maintain an organized bucket truck by keeping up with tools and hardware needed for current and upcoming install jobs
Use company software to access and update project status
Provide details for job time-in/time-out as well as other noteworthy project details
Support shop production on as-needed, weather-related basis
Qualification
Required
High School GED or equivalent
Must be mechanically inclined
Current driver's license with clean record
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy weight
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Good problem-solving skills
Mechanical and carpentry skills
Read and use measuring tape and Spike® measuring tools
Read project digital drawings and work orders
Ability to work with limited supervision required
Occasionally lift over 40 pounds
